Klarus Home Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide coordinated physical therapy services to home health patients of all age groups in the San Antonio, Metroplex and surrounding areas. Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist
• Participate in the coordination of patient care
• Implement treatment plans and document patient progress
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and mobility
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and perform prolonged standing and walking
• Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination required
• Ability to work under moderate stress to meet deadlines and patient needs
• Work performed in patient homes under varying conditions
