Klarus Home Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide coordinated PT services to home health patients in the Dallas, TX area. You will work under a Licensed Physical Therapist, delivering one-on-one care with clinical autonomy and supportive supervision.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program with an associate degree.
• Current PTA license or PT Licensure Compact (PTLC) license in the state applying.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1+ year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Home health/home care experience.
• HCHB EMR knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy services under supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Implement treatment plans and document patient progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and mobility.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and perform prolonged standing and walking
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required
• Ability to work under moderate stress to meet deadlines and patient needs
• Work performed in patient homes under varying conditions
