Klarus Home Health in Dallas, TX seeks a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide one-on-one home health PT services under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. This role offers meaningful patient care, autonomy, and a flexible schedule.

You will assess and treat patients in their homes, document progress, educate families, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, while upholding infection control and safety standards in varied home environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program with an associate degree.
• Current PTA license or PT Licensure Compact (PTLC) license in Texas, as applicable.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1+ year PTA experience in home health.
• Knowledge of HCHB EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team
