Job summary

Professional Therapy Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for home health care, PRN and/or full-time, to treat patients in their homes across Cincinnati and surrounding areas.

The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and mileage reimbursement as part of the compensation package.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery in a home care environment.
• Establishes treatment plans and uses exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to ease patients' pain and help mobility.
• Works cooperatively with physicians, case managers and treating therapists.
• Monitors, documents, and reports patients' progress and communicates needed health information regarding the patient to all appropriate health care team members.
• Requires state license to practice physical therapy.
• Reports to manager of clinical services.

• Requires state license to practice physical therapy.
• Reports to manager of clinical services.
