Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. The PTA will support PT services to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness for residents.

Candidate must hold a state license and be able to evaluate and treat independently. SNF experience is preferred but not required, with a focus on geriatric care and functional activities.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
