Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The PTA will assist the PT in mobility therapies, evaluate residents, and contribute to functional goals for geriatric patients in a SNF setting.
