Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in Fanwood, NJ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support the rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. You will assist the PT with mobility-focused therapies and work to improve residents’ functional outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active PTA license in New Jersey, enjoys geriatrics, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility.
