Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing setting. The PTA will assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness for residents, with independence in evaluation and treatment where appropriate.

The ideal candidate holds an active PTA license in New Jersey, values resident-focused care, and is comfortable working without direct supervision.
