Pro Rehab is seeking a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in rural Minnesota between Belview and Clarkfield. This full-time role offers a competitive wage and benefits with a bonus up to $2,500 paid over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program with at least an Associate’s degree.

We are looking for a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team between Belview and Clarkfield Minnesota!These communities arein a rural environment that offers a calmer atmosphere and less stress, allowing you more opportunities to build a full caseload quickly.

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position with a flexible start and end time

Wage Range:$27 - $34 / hour depending on experience.

Bonus: $2,500

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, ensuring adherence to prescribed therapies.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective patient care.

Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program and have at a minimum an Associate’s degree.
• Must possess a current MNPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
• Strong patient care skills and knowledge of physiology and anatomy
• Proficient in medical terminology and physical therapy techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
