Job summary

Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Webster, MA is seeking full-time and per diem Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our dedicated team. You will provide high-quality care and therapy services to residents under supervision of a Physical Therapist.

We offer weekly pay up to $40 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, vacation, and retirement plans. New graduates are welcome to apply as part of our growing rehabilitation program.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• CEU's per state licensure requirements.
• Must possess an active and unencumbered PTA license in Massachusetts or be in the process of obtaining one.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Participate in clinical program development and implementation.
• Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers.
• Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor.
• Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis.
• Demonstrate consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
