Job summary

Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Webster, MA is seeking full-time and per diem Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our dedicated team. You will provide high-quality care and therapy services to residents under supervision of a Physical Therapist.

We offer weekly pay up to $40 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, vacation, and retirement plans. New graduates are welcome to apply as part of our growing rehabilitation program.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
CEU's per state licensure requirements.
Must possess an active and unencumbered PTA license in Massachusetts or be in the process of obtaining one.
New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

Assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.
Participate in clinical program development and implementation.
Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers.
Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor.
Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis.
Demonstrate consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
