Ultimate Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake Cherry Hill, NJ. You will deliver skilled physical therapy under supervision, support residents with gait training, transfers, and mobility, and contribute to individualized plans of care.

Ideal candidates hold a current NJPTA license, possess strong interpersonal skills, and thrive in an interdisciplinary setting.

Ultimate Therapy is looking for a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to become part of our therapy team. Work in a collaborative rehabilitation environment where you'll support residents as they work toward improved movement, function, and quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT
• Assist residents with gait training, transfers, strengthening, balance, and mobility activities
• Follow established plans of care and support individualized rehabilitation goals
• Observe resident response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising therapist
• Provide education on exercises and safe mobility strategies
• Maintain clear and timely treatment documentation
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team
