• Commitment to providing quality, resident-centered rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Guide residents through strengthening, gait training, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobility activities
• Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising PT
• Monitor resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the clinical team
• Reinforce therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques
• Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Cherry Lane. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a PTA who enjoys hands‑on patient care and helping residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function.

What You'll Do
