Job summary

Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living in Lafayette, CO seeks a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide skilled rehab services to residents, work within scope of practice, and support mobility and daily living activities.

The role requires an active PTA license, graduation from an accredited 2-year PTA program (APTA approved), CPR certification, and preference for 1 year in post-acute care; SNF experience is a plus. Competitive pay and a collaborative team environment.

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Graduate of an accredited 2-year PTA program approved by the APTA
• 1 year of post-acute care experience preferred
• CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation
• CPR certification must remain current during employment
• SNF experience is a plus

• Provide physical therapy services within scope of practice
