Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our caring team in Lafayette, CO. The PTA will provide therapy services within the licensed scope, collaborating with staff to support resident goals and functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited 2-year PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• One year of post-acute care experience is preferred.
• CPR certification required at hire and maintained during employment.
• SNF experience is a plus.

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license - required
• Must be a graduate of an accredited 2-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• One (1) year experience preferred in post-acute care or related setting preferred
• Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
• SNF experience a plus!

Rate Range

$35- $39/hour
