Job summary

Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Schedule: Full-Time.

Provide physical therapy services within scope of practice and help residents achieve rehabilitation goals in a caring, team-based environment. Qualified candidates must hold current PTA license, graduate from an accredited 2-year program (APTA approved), CPR certification, and prefer 1 year post-acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license - required.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited 2-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• One (1) year experience preferred in post-acute care or related setting preferred
• Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
• SNF experience a plus!
