Job summary

Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide essential OT services within our Colorado facility. You will assess residents, develop individualized plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life.

The role supports flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and opportunities for growth through ongoing training. A current Colorado OT license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Colorado OT license is required at time of hire.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in the facility.
• Assess and develop treatment plans to improve daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents' goals.
