Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Lafayette, CO. The role involves delivering physical therapy services to residents within scope of practice and contributing to a supportive care team.

The ideal candidate will hold an active PTA license, be a graduate of an accredited 2-year PTA program, and have CPR certification. 1 year post-acute care experience is preferred; SNF exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license - required.
• Graduate of an accredited 2-year PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• One year of post-acute care experience preferred; SNF experience a plus.
