Bakersfield Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our PRN per diem rehabilitation team at our Bakersfield, California facility. The PTA provides direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and independence for our residents.
Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, communicating with the rehab team, and educating residents and families.

Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour (DOE)
