Bakersfield Post Acute in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our rehabilitation team in an inpatient Skilled Nursing Facility and Short-Term Rehab setting. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, document progress, educate residents and families, and help residents improve mobility and independence.
Active California PTA license, current BLS certification, and prior geriatric or SNF experience are

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role supports the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services focused on improving functional mobility, strength, and independence for our residents.
