Job summary

Physical Therapy Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our orthopedic rehabilitation team in the Richmond area. You will provide direct patient care, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and insurers to achieve excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Virginia PTA license and CPR certification.
• Passion for orthopedic rehabilitation and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following established treatment plans and clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Accurately document patient findings, progress, and education provided to patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, insurance providers, and team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Support a positive, encouraging, and team-oriented clinical environment.
