Job summary

Physical Therapy Solutions in the greater Richmond area seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our three outpatient clinics in Glen Allen, Richmond, and Mechanicsville. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following established treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Virginia PTA license and CPR certification.
• Passion for orthopedic rehabilitation and patient care.
• Desire for continued professional growth and learning.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate, individualized care.
• Self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following established treatment plans and clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Accurately document patient findings, progress, and education provided to patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, insurance providers, and team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
