Physical Therapy Solutions in the Richmond area seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join a supportive team at our Glen Allen clinic. You will provide direct patient care, follow established plans, and document progress under a supervising PT.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Virginia PTA license and CPR certification.
• Passion for orthopedic rehabilitation and patient care.

• Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate, individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following established treatment plans and clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Accurately document patient findings, progress, and education provided to patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, insurance providers, and team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Support a positive, encouraging, and team-oriented clinical environment.
