Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team at 12 Troy Rd., Delaware, OH 43015. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate and a sign-on bonus possibility, with scheduled shifts across Mon/Wed, Tue/Fri, and Thu.

You will work under a licensed PT to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to patients of all ages. We value mentorship, a robust CEU program, and opportunities for career advancement across 1900

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients and caregivers per policy.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients and support clinic operations.
• Assist in implementing outpatient orthopedic care to restore function and activity.

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday/Wednesday (10am-7pm), Tuesday/Friday (7am-4pm), Thursday (8am-5pm)

Compensation: $26.00 - $40.00, hourly, based on years of experience

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.

• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
