Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Hilliard, OH is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. This full-time on-site role offers a $26–$40/hour compensation, a weekday schedule with two evenings until 7pm, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• CAPTE-certified PTA.
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by state practice act.
• Deliver high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities following PT principles and Select Medical policies.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients and strengthen client relations with centers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
