Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation, an outpatient orthopedic center, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Hilliard, OH. Work weekdays with two evenings until 7pm, under the direction of a licensed physical therapist to deliver exceptional care and restore function for patients of all ages.

The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and a student debt benefit, plus mentorship, PTO, and comprehensive benefits. Requires PTA licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passed the CAPTE national PTA exam.
• Valid state PTA license, or license in process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services for patients under supervision.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients and support clinical staff.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and documenting patient progress.
