NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role at our Delaware, OH outpatient center. The PTA will deliver care under licensed PT supervision, contributing to outcome-driven treatments that restore function and activity.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage, up to a $10K sign-on bonus, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within Select Medical's 1900+ centers nationwide. Applicants must hold a PTA license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passed national exam for PTA (CAPTE).
• Valid state PTA license or license in process.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

Overview

Position:Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: 7853 Pacer Drive Suite 3C, Delaware, OH 43015

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday/Wednesday (10am-7pm), Tuesday/Friday (7am-4pm), Thursday (8am-5pm)

Compensation: $26.00 - $40.00, hourly, based on years of experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
