Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Orland Park IL

One Home Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing home health team serving Orland Park Illinois and surrounding communities.

Pay: $45-$55 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

Location: Locations may include Orland Park and surrounding communities

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence in their homes.

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and fall prevention.

• Complete documentation and communicate patient progress with the care team.
