One Home Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team serving McHenry County Illinois and surrounding communities. The role involves providing PTA services under a licensed PT, traveling to patients' homes, and collaborating with the care team.

Location includes McHenry County, with flexible scheduling (Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN) and pay of $45-$55 per hour. Prior home health experience preferred; valid Indiana PTA license required.

Qualificações

• Active Indiana PTA license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel throughout Porter County.

One Home Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing home health team serving McHenry County Illinois and surrounding communities.

Pay: $45-$55 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

Location: Location include McHenry County and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence in their homes.

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and fall prevention.

• Complete documentation and communicate patient progress with the care team.

Qualifications
