Evolve Therapy Services in Richmond, VA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to work in an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. You will assist the Physical Therapist, conduct screenings, support treatment plans, and contribute to resident mobility and comfort.

This position can be Full Time, Part Time, or PRN and requires an Associate degree and an active PTA license, with opportunities for growth and collaboration using NetHealth EMR.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active PTA license in state(s) of practice.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings to determine need for intervention or treatment.
• Assist in evaluations and in developing treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
