Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Current IL license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• CPR certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining achievable established productivity standards.
• Completing documentation according to Company/department policies and procedures and adhering to federal and state regulations.
• Providing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients with injuries or diseases of muscles, nerves, joints and bones.
• Restoring patient function while relieving pain and reducing disability.
• Integrating Rehab Techs in the patient care plan.
