Job summary

ProgressiveHealth is seeking an energetic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Indiana-based team serving Anna, IL. The role includes weekend rotation in the Inpatient dept with opportunities for Monday–Friday shifts in Inpatient and Outpatient care.

The ideal PTA holds IL licensure, an Associate degree or higher, and current CPR certification; you will document per policy and collaborate with Rehab Techs to support patient care and restore function while reducing pain.

Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA – ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC – Anna, IL

We are looking for an energetic and results‑driven Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapeutic and holistic care in our multi‑setting healthcare center. This position will provide weekend rotation support to our Inpatient department, plus the chance to pick up Monday‑Friday in the Inpatient and Outpatient departments.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Maintaining achievable established productivity standards
• Completing appropriate documentation according to company/department policies and procedures while adhering to federal and state regulations
• Providing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases
• Restoring patient function while relieving pain, with ambitions of avoiding disability
• Integrating Rehab Techs (support staff) into patient care plan

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant specific to the state of IL
• Associate’s degree or higher as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Current CPR certification
