Team Rehab is seeking a focused Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting under a licensed PT. The role is based in Novi, MI, with opportunities to grow within a therapist-owned clinic network.

You will educate patients, supervise techs during modalities, and contribute to treatment planning while maintaining documentation accuracy and productivity standards. Also enjoy CEU support and a culture that values every team member.

Qualifications

• Associate degree as Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with active license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Supervise Techs during modalities and assist with setup/cleanup.
• Complete accurate daily notes and discharges in a timely manner.
• Maintain productivity goals in an outpatient ortho setting.
