Job summary

Team Rehab is a therapist-owned network of outpatient clinics delivering exceptional outcomes and patient satisfaction. We seek a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Indiana teams.

You will care for patients under a licensed PT, educate on injuries and wellness, and help advance treatment protocols while collaborating with clinicians and support staff.

Qualifications

• Duties require delivering high-quality patient care under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Treat patients, address questions, and educate on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Supervise Techs during modalities and assist with setup/cleanup.
• Document daily notes and discharges accurately and promptly.
• Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week).
• Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
• Participate in clinic research studies.
• Pursue CEUs and approved coursework to grow professionally.

$25 - $30 / hour

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Supervise Techs during modalities (for all federal payers and non-BCBSM patients) and assist with setup and cleanup.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.
• Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).
• Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
• Participate in clinic research studies.
• Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).
