Job summary

Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Michigan is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient ortho setting.

You will treat patients, educate on injuries and wellness, document daily notes, and participate in CEUs; compensation includes $26-$32 per hour, a low-cost medical plan, 401(k) match, and paid time off with yearly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Treat patients and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Supervise Techs during modalities for all federal payers and non-BCBSM patients and assist with setup/cleanup.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.
• Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).
• Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
• Participate in clinic research studies.
• Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.
