Job summary

Team Rehab is seeking a focused Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting under a licensed PT. The role is based in Novi, MI, with opportunities to grow within a therapist-owned clinic network.

You will educate patients, supervise techs during modalities, and contribute to treatment planning while maintaining documentation accuracy and productivity standards. Also enjoy CEU support and a culture that values every team member.

Qualifications

• Associate degree as Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with active license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

$26 - $32 / hour

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long‑term wellness strategies.
• Supervise Techs during modalities (for all federal payers and non‑BCBSM patients) and assist with setup and cleanup.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.
• Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).
• Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
• Participate in clinic research studies.
• Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).
