Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement prescribed therapy plans, monitor progress with patients, and work under the Director of Rehab to restore function and independence for each client.

This role offers a stable full-time position in Michigan, with mentorship for new grads, ongoing CEUs, and access to our clinician development programs as part of a supportive, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy treatments and implement prescribed PT programs.
• Follow developed recovery plans and help patients regain physical abilities.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure high-quality patient care.
