Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Sheboygan, WI. The role supports a therapist-led care model, delivering individualized treatment plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in PTA, an active PTA license, and preferred 1 year of experience. We offer a full benefits package and a daytime, full-time schedule at Sheboygan Progressive Health Services.

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
