Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinician-led team in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time daytime role supports licensed Physical Therapists, implements treatment plans, documents patient progress, and educates patients on home exercise programs and proper device use.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
