The role requires PA licensure and a PT degree from an accredited program, with preferred experience in skilled nursing.

Qualifications

• Current PT license for Pennsylvania.
• Graduated from an accredited PT program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop appropriate care plans.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provide direct resident treatment per established plan of care (individual, concurrent, group).
• Provide training for residents and caregivers.
• Document services in NetHealth promptly.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare and reimbursement regulations.
• Deliver respectful, compassionate care to residents and families.
