Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Missouri is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a PRN role at Delmar Gardens on the Green and Delmar Gardens West in Chesterfield. You will work under a supervising Physical Therapist to carry out individualized treatment plans and support patient progress.

Applicants should have an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, an active PTA license, and preferably 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
