Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN role in Missouri. You choose when you work while remaining part of a team led by experienced therapists, enabling flexible scheduling that still ensures high-quality care.

The role supports a collaborative approach with other disciplines, focusing on individualized plans, patient progress documentation, and home exercise education for patients and families. PRN schedule and local facilities in Chesterfield, MO.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE must be passed.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines

• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
