Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN team in Graham, NC. You’ll choose 1–2 consistent days per week, with daytime hours, while still being part of a supportive therapist-led team.

As a PTA, you’ll implement treatment plans under a PT supervision, document progress, and help patients with home exercise programs and assistive devices.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
