Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapist-led team in North Carolina. This PRN daytime position supports licensed PTs by implementing individualized treatment plans and educating patients on home exercise programs, while documenting progress for supervising clinicians.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, an active PA license, and up to one year of PTA experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
