Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Garner, NC (Hartwell Health & Rehab) is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a PRN daytime schedule. You will join a network focused on quality patient care and collaborative therapy by licensed PTs.

Required: an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, an active PTA license, and 1 year of experience preferred. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercises and proper use of

• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
