Your Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and independence
• Provide rehab support post‑surgery, injury, or illness
• Monitor and document resident progress and adjust care as needed
• Educate residents and families on rehab techniques and mobility strategies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient‑centered care
• Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to regulatory standards
• Deliver care in a compassionate, respectful, and supportive manner

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin PTA license
• Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for working with older adults
• Dependable and flexible team player
• Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant
• Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant
