Job summary

Greenfield Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team on a comprehensive senior campus in La Crosse, WI. You will work within an interdisciplinary group to provide patient-centered care, navigate complex cases, and contribute across multiple care levels.

You will deliver high-quality therapy, maintain licensure, and grow clinically within a supportive leadership culture that values your expertise and voice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school with an associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex patient presentations and fast-paced transitions of care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care while practicing at the top of license.
• Contribute to a supportive, mission-driven senior care continuum on a collaborative therapy team.
