Job summary

Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency in Luck, Wisconsin, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support our senior campus with flexible scheduling and meaningful care.

As a PTA, you will implement therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, help residents improve mobility, balance and independence, and collaborate with the care team to deliver patient-centered rehab.

Qualifications

• Hold Wisconsin PTA license (active).
• Associate degree as Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Experience with older adults is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy interventions under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance and independence.
• Provide rehab support post-surgery, injury or illness.
• Monitor and document resident progress and adjust care as needed.
• Educate residents and families on rehab techniques and mobility strategies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Deliver care in a compassionate, respectful manner.
