Full‑Time Position | Outpatient Balance & Orthopedics

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Venice, Florida is actively expanding and seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys hands‑on treatment, teamwork, and helping patients restore confidence in their movement.

This is not a high‑volume therapy mill. Our approach is centered on focused care, strong collaboration with Physical Therapists, and delivering measurable patient outcomes.

What You Can Expect in This Role

Patient Schedule & Clinical Focus

• Approximately 12 patient visits per day
• Dedicated time for individualized treatment planning
• Ongoing collaboration with experienced Physical Therapists

Clinic Technology & Support

• AI‑assisted documentation to reduce after‑hours work
• Advanced equipment for vestibular and balance rehabilitation

Compensation Structure

Base Pay: $26 – $33 per hour (depending on experience)

Monthly Profit‑Sharing Bonus: Eligible to earn up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and established metrics

Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement: $66,080 – $80,640 annually ($31.75 – $38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full‑time hours and consistent bonus performance

Additional Incentives:

• Sign‑on bonus available for full‑time hires
