FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Sarasota is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Sarasota, FL, delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

You’ll experience a manageable caseload, advanced technology, and AI-assisted documentation, with opportunities for monthly performance incentives and professional development. This role supports growth in balance and vestibular rehabilitation within a collaborative clinic.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate).
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular therapy, balance training, or sports rehab.
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
• Design individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on outpatient physical therapy services

Compensation & Bonuses

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience)
• Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus: Up to $1,500 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics
• Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement: Approximately $98,000 – $113,000 annually, based on consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics
• Additional Incentives: Sign-on bonus available for full-time hires
